BI Engineer III

TL;DR

What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse data requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data models and ETL processes.
• Utilise cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure to build scalable data solutions.
• Optimise data models and queries for performance and efficiency.
• Provide expertise and guidance on database design, data warehousing, and BI best practices.
• Perform data analysis and visualization to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BI Engineer, Data Modeler, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and Snowflake.
• Experience designing and implementing data models using tools like Erwin Data Modeler or similar.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and data quality management.
