Analytics Engineer (Fintech)

Analytics Engineer (DWH/Fintech): Building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data marts for the Risk domain with an accent on data modeling, ETL requirements, and risk metrics. Focus on translating business needs into production-ready technical solutions and optimizing data flows within the DWH.

Location: Worldwide (Remote); relocation support available to hubs in Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Risk domain stakeholders to translate data needs into structured ETL requirements.
• Decompose risk-related domains into clear, maintainable data models and logical designs.
• Analyze raw and processed data sources to identify optimal integration points.
• Define and align key risk metrics, such as DPD buckets and default flags, with business users.
• Coordinate and optimize data flows between risk processes and core DWH components.
• Ensure data solutions are production-ready through scheduling, optimization, and documentation of lineage.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or System Analyst DWH.
• Strong domain expertise in the Risk or Finance sector.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• English: B1 or higher required for communication with an international team.
