An IT company specializing in marketing, gaming, and financial segments of the iGaming industry, operating across European, African, and Latin American markets.

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into clear, consistent, and actionable dashboards and reports.
• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports, focusing on usability and performance.
• Develop and maintain Power BI datasets, including data modeling and DAX calculations.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data marts, pipelines, and data model design.
• Partner with non-technical stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
• Manage Power BI workspaces, including publishing, versioning, and general maintenance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI and Power BI Service.
• End-to-end experience from connecting and transforming data to publishing reports.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to data cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries such as iGaming, payments, banking, or insurance.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with dimensional data modeling principles (e.g., star schemas).
• PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certificate.
