What you will do
- Answer inbound calls and serve as the primary point of contact for consumers.
- Respond to questions about products and services.
- Process customer payments and perform general account maintenance.
- Recommend additional products or services when appropriate.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to perform effectively in a high-volume inbound call environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficient reading skills.
- Ability to multitask across several applications.
- Basic PC keyboarding and Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM applications.
- Prior customer service experience.
