What you will do
- Manage standard customer orders, including expedites, pull-ins, cancellations, and push-outs.
- Support customer RMAs and related failure analysis activities.
- Review account bookings, backlog, and billing with Sales.
- Track free-of-charge samples for distributors and support customer questionnaires and EHS or technical matters.
- Coordinate communications with distributors and customers in partnership with Sales.
- Act as the primary contact for distributors and Sales on customer-related topics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any field.
- At least 3 years of related experience in Customer Operations, Customer Support, or Inside Sales in the semiconductor field.
- Customer service process knowledge and a customer-focused approach.
- Experience with order management systems such as SAP, Model N, or Oracle.
- Fluent English and Chinese in both oral and written communication.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Japanese language skills.
