Senior Data Scientist - Product, Features & Growth

What you will do

• Partner with product, business, and operations teams to influence strategic decisions through data.
• Design and analyse A/B tests and other experiments that improve product and business outcomes.
• Build data models, dashboards, and tooling that help teams scale insights.
• Define and forecast key metrics, including product funnels and growth accounting measures.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences through clear data storytelling.
• Mentor the broader data community and promote best practices, accuracy, and data integrity.

Requirements

• Proven experience using data to drive impact across products or business units.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Experience with experimentation, event instrumentation, and data warehousing.
• Proficiency with Python or R and a strong foundation in statistics or a STEM field.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to simplify ambiguous problems.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
