What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee programming activities for complex clinical studies.
• Lead the programming lifecycle from database integration through statistical outputs.
• Design advanced macros, tools, and process improvements to increase programming efficiency.
• Collaborate with statisticians, data managers, and clients to deliver high-quality results.
• Mentor junior programmers and provide technical solutions to complex project challenges.
• Maintain programming specifications and documentation while ensuring regulatory and internal quality compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of statistical programming experience in clinical trials.
• Advanced SAS skills, including Base SAS, SAS Graph, and SAS Macro.
• Strong understanding of clinical data, statistical principles, regulatory requirements, and CDISC standards including SDTM and ADaM.
• Excellent communication, leadership, multitasking, and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to work in Australia; sponsorship to work in Australia is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with R programming.
• Experience with ADNCA for pharmacokinetic analysis.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
