What you will do
- Develop and optimise Retail Media predictive models and experimental frameworks.
- Design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and improve end-to-end machine learning models.
- Plan and conduct hypothesis testing and statistical experiments from scoping through optimisation.
- Process large-scale data using cloud platforms and modern data technologies.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and business teams to strengthen data capabilities.
- Communicate complex technical findings and actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with a solid grounding in statistics and experimentation design.
- Proven experience developing and deploying machine learning models end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience processing large-scale data across GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience using modern AI productivity tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, including collaboration in remote or hybrid setups.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive continuous improvement.
Nice to have
- Experience building and optimising predictive models in the Retail Media domain.
- Experience designing Agentic AI solutions with ADK, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
