What you will do

• Resolve technical issues and fleet events in a timely and effective manner.
• Analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support the Fleet Manager and field teams with technical expertise.
• Improve fleet reliability and reduce repeat failures.
• Prepare accurate technical analysis and reporting.
• Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time and work in customer-facing, cross-functional environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• Up to 4–5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial and power equipment operations.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts.
• Ability to analyze technical data and communicate recommendations effectively.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Valid U.S. visa required; visa sponsorship is not available.
