Asset Team Lead (ATL), Skeletal Conditions Business Unit

What you will do

• Lead the integrated strategy and execution of an asset within the Skeletal Conditions Business Unit.
• Align leaders across Commercial, Medical, Research, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Technical Operations, Market Access, Finance, and other functions.
• Set direction, resolve tradeoffs, and establish priorities through cross-functional governance.
• Accelerate the development, approval, reimbursement, and delivery of differentiated medicines.
• Act as the primary leadership voice for the asset's strategy, priorities, and execution.

Requirements

• Demonstrated enterprise leadership and the ability to optimize decisions across patients, the asset, the Business Unit, and hirify.global.
• Strong understanding of asset development, commercialization, lifecycle management, and value creation.
• Experience influencing diverse stakeholders and building consensus in highly matrixed organizations.
• Ability to synthesize complex information, navigate tradeoffs, create clarity, and deliver results through others.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence when presenting strategy, risks, and recommendations.
