Senior Director, Product Management – Mexico Credit Risk Solutions

Location: Eagle – D.F. Del. Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico; hybrid with in-person work at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week

What you will do

• Lead the development, strategy, commercialization, and full product lifecycle of Credit Risk Solutions in Mexico.
• Oversee product lines covering core credit reports and scores, alternative data, analytics enablement, and commercial credit products.
• Define regional product roadmaps, align them with global technology and analytics teams, and inform global strategy with Mexican market insights.
• Manage CRS Product Managers and Solution Consultants while developing talent and leading cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with Sales and Finance on revenue plans, performance reporting, strategic planning, and ROI-driven business cases.
• Lead market-specific go-to-market plans, senior client engagements, sales enablement, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a related field; an MBA or master’s degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive product management experience with a strong focus on credit risk.
• Proven leadership experience in Mexico and deep knowledge of regional credit data, risk modeling, and regulatory environments.
• Strong data science foundation and experience managing credit models.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams, product strategy, Agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
• Strategic, customer-centric, commercially minded leadership with strong communication, relationship-building, and accountability skills.
