Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing- FT Nights

What you will do

• Supervise and administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Complete resident admissions, assessments, discharges, and clinical documentation.
• Develop acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
• Track clinical systems such as wounds and infection control under the Director of Nursing.
• Respond to emergencies, communicate changes in residents’ health to physicians and families, and provide health-related consultation.
• Maintain confidentiality, coordinate with departments, and provide educational meetings for residents and staff.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience.
• At least one year of experience in a skilled nursing, sub-acute, or memory care setting.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice with no judgments against it.
• CPR certification required.
• English fluency required for speaking, reading, writing, and communication.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks safely as part of a team.
