Manager - Financial Due Diligence

Location: Philadelphia, United States; full-time, onsite

Salary: $112,100–$225,500 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the execution of financial due diligence engagements for acquisition and divestiture clients.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses and gather relevant information from senior client stakeholders.
• Oversee engagement teams, project timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage client communication, issue resolution, proposals, and engagement letters.
• Collaborate with tax, audit, and other functional teams.
• Support the development of junior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6–11 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading diligence engagements and managing teams and timelines.
• Ability to communicate with senior client management and resolve engagement issues.

Nice to have

• Transaction or financial due diligence experience.
