Product Owner - Mexico (Fintech)

Location: Eagle - D.F. Del. Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico; hybrid with in-person work at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week

What you will do

• Execute implementation plans for new products and support the ongoing development of solutions across Latin America.
• Plan, schedule, budget, and monitor initiatives, including project capex, scope, deadlines, resources, and delivery quality.
• Draft requirements for new implementations and maintenance initiatives in collaboration with Product Strategy.
• Conduct UAT testing and monitor product performance, creating action plans to address deviations and issues.
• Design processes and controls for client requirements, identify risks, and resolve or escalate daily obstacles.
• Develop training plans for Support, Operations, Customer Engineers, and other back-office teams, while ensuring efficient client onboarding.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or software solutions.
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with agile methodologies in project management.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong teamwork, communication, creative writing, influencing, consensus-building, and strategy execution skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into language understandable to non-technical users and work effectively in a matrix environment.
