Senior Team Leader, Revenue Management and Product

What you will do

• Lead the monthly country-level pricing process by tracking price positioning, analyzing opportunities, and executing pricing actions and price-list updates.
• Collaborate with country leadership and regional functions to execute sales policy, promotional guidelines, and portfolio, product-line, and channel strategies.
• Analyze, recommend, and track Sell In and Sell Out actions while monitoring campaign ROI and performance.
• Support revenue and profitability analysis for business development opportunities, including new stores, renovations, and dealer conversions.
• Maintain product master data, hierarchies, and attributes in internal systems.
• Coordinate product setup, product changes, and phase-in/phase-out activities with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Support, Product Management, Revenue Management, Finance, or a related area.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or advanced certification.
