Marketing & Product Director (LATAM)

What you will do

• Translate global brand direction into locally relevant LATAM marketing and product strategies.
• Lead regional product roadmaps, portfolio architecture, SKU optimization, and product launches.
• Develop go-to-market, category, channel, pricing, and integrated marketing strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Global Marketing.
• Build relationships with distributors, retailers, specifiers, wholesalers, home centers, e-commerce, and project channels.
• Improve forecasting, launch discipline, margin optimization, commercial excellence, and marketing ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or International Business.
• At least 12 years of experience in strategic marketing, product development, and product management.
• 5–8 years of leadership or director-level experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Experience working in international environments.
• Availability to travel.

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Strategy, or Innovation.
