What you will do

• Develop and execute regional marketing and product strategies to elevate brand presence in LATAM.
• Lead regional product roadmaps and optimize SKU portfolios to enable profitable expansion.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Global Marketing.
• Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners to enhance customer experience.
• Implement data-driven marketing frameworks to maximize ROI and premium positioning.
• Coach and develop high-performing regional teams to elevate product capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or International Business.
• At least 12 years of experience in strategic marketing and product management.
• 5–8 years of leadership experience in director-level roles managing cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Experience working in international environments.
• Must be based in San Pedro Garza García, Mexico.
