What you will do

• Own the localization strategy for Mexico to enhance cultural relevance, clarity, tone, and overall user experience.
• Partner with regional teams on product growth initiatives to influence market-specific priorities and roadmaps.
• Analyze user behavior and subscription funnels to identify growth and localization opportunities.
• Provide cultural insights and strategic guidance to global marketing and content teams.
• Collaborate with external localization partners and linguists to deliver high-quality es-MX experiences.
• Scale localization learnings across Latin American Spanish-speaking markets while preserving local authenticity.

Requirements

• Strong experience in localization, internationalization, growth, or product management focused on the Mexican market.
• Deep understanding of Mexican culture and digital behaviors and their impact on product adoption.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work with data to evaluate funnel performance and recommend UX improvements.
• Experience in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments and stakeholder management.
• Must be based in or focusing on Mexico City, Mexico.
