Cycle Manager

Location: Onsite in Lusby, Maryland, United States

Salary: $145,800–$162,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits.

hirify.global is a large clean-energy producer operating nuclear, natural gas, geothermal, hydro, wind, and solar generation facilities.

What you will do

• Manage cycle plans for nuclear clean energy centers, including work sequencing, scope, risk levels, and work-window planning.
• Coordinate and control schedules from E-28 through turnover to the Work Week Manager.
• Bundle work to minimize plant risk and system, structure, or component unavailability.
• Screen action and work requests, classify work-order priorities, and assess online risk for scheduled and emergent work.
• Manage maintenance backlogs and material condition improvement goals while balancing preventive, corrective, and elective work.
• Mentor work-management employees and coordinate with station oversight and energy-delivery organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience, or a current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license and 8 years of related experience.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED with 10 years of related experience.
• Maintain minimum or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and pass required medical examinations or testing.
• Experience must support work management, scheduling, safety, regulatory compliance, and nuclear facility operations.

Nice to have

• Experience in work management and scheduling.
• Knowledge of PC and mainframe scheduling systems.
• Supervisory or managerial experience.
