What you will do

• Support Relationship Managers and Product Specialists throughout client onboarding and the client lifecycle.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities from a Front Office perspective and ensure timely progression.
• Act as the central contact for clients and internal stakeholders, coordinating information and documentation requests.
• Monitor onboarding cases, identify bottlenecks, and drive actions toward completion.
• Facilitate collaboration across Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Service teams.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and projects supporting Wholesale Banking growth.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Management.
• At least 4 years of experience in client onboarding, client servicing, relationship management support, or Wholesale Banking.
• Strong relationship management, stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines while taking ownership of onboarding cases.
• Good understanding of client lifecycle management and onboarding processes.
• Good knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory framework and fund industry; excellent written and verbal English is required.
