Civil Inspector (Civil Engineering)

Location: Althomama Road, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; open only to Saudi nationals

Salary: SAR 6,000–7,500 per month

What you will do

• Conduct site visits and inspect buildings according to Saudi building codes and international standards.
• Prepare inspection reports and documentation of findings and comments.
• Assess technical problems and develop proposed solutions.
• Provide inspection coverage for non-assigned projects during emergency leave.
• Deliver required reports within predefined timelines and handle projects professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction, testing, and civil engineering inspection.
• Proven experience with Saudi building codes and strong knowledge of civil and structural works, including foundations, concrete, steel structures, and finishing.
• Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and site safety practices.
• Fluent English and Saudi nationality are required.

• Experience in the IDI program.
