Saudi Arabia PSAB ESS: Civil Engineer (Secret Clearance)

Location: Saudi Arabia, Prince Sultan Air Base; work includes indoor and outdoor installation activities, occasional to frequent travel, and potential overtime or shift work.

What you will do

• Provide civil engineering and architectural support for projects, work orders, work requests, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Design and support construction of real property facilities while ensuring compliance with U.S., Department of Defense, Saudi, and international codes and standards.
• Develop and administer Activity/Asset Management Plans covering asset condition, usage, performance, risk, resources, and lifecycle management.
• Provide program management and technical support to ensure project design and construction meet mission requirements.
• Manage personnel, equipment, vehicles, tools, services, contractual performance objectives, and government property.
• Coordinate with U.S. deployed forces, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia personnel, government representatives, and other project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• U.S. citizenship, a current valid U.S. passport, and a valid U.S. driver’s license are required.
• A valid U.S. Secret Security Clearance must be maintained, or the candidate must be able to acquire one.
• Fluent English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension are required.
• Experience in contingency environments and with government contracts.
• Project management, organization, decision-making, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and common engineering and construction software.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer license.
• Project Management Professional certification.
