High Net Worth Tax Managing Director

Salary: $201,810–$382,600 annually.

What you will do

• Lead compliance and consulting services for high-net-worth individuals, affluent families, family offices, trusts, estates, private businesses, and investment entities.
• Review complex individual, partnership, S-corporation, trust, estate, gift, and state tax returns.
• Lead proactive federal, estate, gift, charitable, and generation-skipping tax planning engagements.
• Advise clients on business succession planning and apply current tax authorities to complex situations.
• Manage engagement staffing, billing, collections, and client profitability.
• Build client relationships, develop new business, and mentor tax professionals.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or law.
• CPA or JD required.
• Leadership experience in the tax practice of a public accounting firm.
• 8+ years of tax planning and consulting experience for wealthy individuals, families, trusts, investment entities, and private businesses.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is highly preferred. Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.
