Tax Manager - High Net Worth

What you will do

• Provide tax planning and compliance services for high-net-worth individuals and related trusts.
• Manage client engagements, tax assignments, deadlines, and workflow to meet service expectations.
• Develop trusted-advisor relationships and identify creative solutions to complex client issues.
• Build business networks with referral partners, potential clients, and organizations to support business development.
• Recruit, train, develop, motivate, and supervise team members while reviewing their work.
• Promote collaboration, engagement, inclusion, accountability, and achievement of business development goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s degree in Tax is preferred.
• 5+ years of recent accounting firm experience managing multiple tax projects and client engagements.
• Experience directing and scheduling staff and managing workflow.
• CPA certification.
• Multitasking, leadership, project management, communication, networking, client relationship, and tax technology skills.
