Consultant - Manufacturing - Financial Reporting (SEC)

Location: North Carolina, United States; role associated with RTP and Charlotte, NC.

What you will do

• Prepare and coordinate SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other required disclosures.
• Support quarterly and annual financial statements, footnote disclosures, and external reporting processes.
• Review financial results and coordinate information requests and reporting timelines with internal stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Research and implement new accounting standards and maintain reporting processes, controls, and documentation.
• Support SOX compliance and participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of experience in financial reporting, SEC reporting, public accounting, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing 10-K and 10-Q filings.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
