Senior Manager, Order Lifecycle Management (Procurement)

Location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines; regular on-site presence across GBS locations is expected

What you will do

• Lead the Global Business Services Order Lifecycle Management organization across three global sites.
• Own end-to-end requisition-to-receipt procurement services, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, exceptions, expedites, change orders, commodity part updates, and MRO item creation.
• Manage operational budgets, workforce planning, third-party spend, service delivery metrics, SLAs, KPIs, and business case value realization.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, financial controls, audit requirements, and segregation of duties.
• Drive process standardization, simplification, automation, workflow optimization, and adoption of analytics and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, business units, suppliers, and Global Process Owners to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in procurement operations, Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, Requisition-to-Receipt, shared services, or GBS environments.
• 8+ years of direct experience managing order lifecycle, requisition-to-receipt, purchase order, purchasing operations, or Procure-to-Pay processes.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including management of large, geographically dispersed teams and leader development.
• Experience leading global shared-services procurement operations, process transformation, standardization, automation, continuous improvement, and digital enablement.
• Experience with enterprise procurement or ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or equivalent technologies.

Nice to have

• 15+ years of overall experience in global procurement operations within a multinational organization.
• Experience supporting more than $1B in annual direct and indirect procurement spend.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, PMP, or another process improvement certification.
• Experience implementing analytics, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and workflow optimization in procurement operations.
