Senior Product Data Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote from Belgrade, Serbia

Company

hirify.global develops healthcare products covering pre-service patient support and estimates, as well as post-service billing and revenue cycle metrics.

What you will do

• Own dashboards used by product and customer teams across most products.
• Define metrics from customer complaints and open questions, then track them over time.
• Identify product issues in the data before they become escalations.
• Work with the founder, product managers, engineers, and customer success to decide what to measure.
• Explain changes in product metrics and build customer-facing analyses with AI-assisted coding tools.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in data or product analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Product mindset focused on customer experience and product behavior.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
• Ability to validate data and metrics critically before relying on them.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• Startup experience.
• Experience with Metabase, Looker, or similar dashboarding tools.
• Healthcare experience in eligibility and benefits, patient billing, or revenue cycle management.
• Ability to read application code to trace the origin of metrics.
