I2C DS Collection & Dispute Management Analyst (Finance)

Location: Hybrid role in Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia

What you will do

• Manage customer collections and open accounts receivable through follow-ups, customer engagement, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
• Improve cash flow and Days Sales Outstanding while monitoring collection KPIs against service-level agreements.
• Own end-to-end dispute management for key accounts, including investigation, root cause analysis, resolution, and financial adjustments.
• Handle complex, high-value, and high-risk disputes as a senior subject matter expert, including non-disputed credit transactions and revenue reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Delivery Revenue, and Finance stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements, use technology tools, and support audit readiness, reporting, and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in accounting, finance, or a related business discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• End-to-end Invoice-to-Cash experience, including Cash Applications, Credit Management, Collections, and Dispute Management, with strong expertise in collections and disputes.
• Advanced Portuguese proficiency is required for oral and written communication.
• Intermediate English proficiency is required.
• Strong customer engagement, communication, analytical, problem-solving, basic negotiation, teamwork, and Microsoft Office/ERP skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or another financial certification.
• Knowledge of SAP systems.
• Additional foreign-language capability.
