Analyst, Quality - Process & Standard Development

Location: Glenview, Illinois, United States; travel approximately 30% and an updated passport may be required.

Base salary: $77,800–$97,300 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Drive compliance with North American quality standards, records, and ways of working through the document management system.
• Partner with Global FSQ and North American stakeholders to develop, update, and implement standards and policies.
• Provide training and support for new or revised standards across North American sites.
• Support eQMS development and implementation, including administration of Intelex, Veeva, and SharePoint systems.
• Conduct compliance assessments at hirify.global manufacturing facilities and support FSSC certification implementation.
• Analyze, track, and trend key metrics for strategic initiative reporting and provide site support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Food Science, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Recent college graduate or 1–2+ years of experience in quality, operations, or the food industry.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence business partners, assess and mitigate risk, and communicate across the supply chain.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and willingness to travel approximately 30%.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global quality policies and procedures.
• Experience with ISO and/or FSSC 22000.
