Location: Washington territory covering Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Washington, and Oregon. The role requires the ability to relocate and reside within the assigned territory, travel overnight locally, regionally, and nationally up to 40%, and hold a valid United States driver's license.
Base pay: $70,000–$120,000 annually, plus incentives, benefits, and participation in the Fleet Car Program.

What you will do
- Expand sales of Neurovascular Division products and convert competitive products in line with company policies and sales direction.
- Learn and demonstrate proper surgical use of medical devices to physicians.
- Answer customer product questions and address objections using established sales methodologies.
- Maintain and expand existing accounts, build new accounts, and develop strong customer relationships.
- Execute concise, professional, ethical, and persuasive sales cycles while meeting product quotas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or at least three years of relevant healthcare or business-to-business sales experience.
- Experience working with physicians in operating room or radiology suite environments is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of the healthcare and medical device industries, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends.
- Excellent written and oral communication, advanced computer skills, multitasking ability, and independence in managing work schedules.
- Ability to relocate and reside within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license issued in the United States required; ability to lift up to 40 lbs and wear lead protective aprons and other safety equipment.
Nice to have
- At least two years of medical device sales experience.
- Neurovascular sales experience.
- Experience selling to surgeons.
