Sr. Advisor, Product Operations Strategy & Delivery (Fintech)

Location: Burlington, Canada; hybrid work with at least two days per week in an assigned hirify.global office

Salary: $131,000–$182,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and implementation plan for proactive and real-time product monitoring in Canada.
• Create management-level reporting from Jira, Jira Product Discovery, and other systems to improve product roadmap delivery.
• Manage the departmental operating model, including daily huddles, team demos, and voice-of-customer sessions.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the Global Product Development Life Cycle and support its adoption across Canadian Solutions teams.
• Own the roadmap for Canadian product delivery channels and improve their usability, performance, reliability, scalability, and revenue generation.
• Develop business cases, support feature prioritization, and create enablement materials such as training resources, sales toolkits, and reporting packages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is an asset.
• At least 7 years of experience in product management, product operations, or a related discipline; financial services experience is preferred.
• Experience embedding governance and operating models, leading planning forums, influencing without authority, and guiding teams through change.
• Advanced ability to prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, with strong problem-solving and data-analysis skills.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and Lean principles.
• Advanced experience with Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, plus experience supporting product roadmaps and Product Development Life Cycle governance.
