What you will do
- Provide Level 4 support for network data and voice environments.
- Maintain reliable network operations across Cisco and Juniper routing, switching, and WAN/LAN technologies.
- Plan and support network changes, implementation activities, and review meetings.
- Diagnose network problems and restore services after disasters or major incidents.
- Apply security and controls processes to network data and voice technologies.
Requirements
- CCNP certification or equivalent is required.
- Knowledge of Cisco and Juniper equipment, LAN/WAN environments, routing, switching, OSI, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with network management and protocol analysis, including VSAT, VLAN, MAN, MPLS/IPVPN, QoS, and wireless LAN technologies.
- Knowledge of IPT, VoIP, Cisco VoIP, legacy PBX, Cisco voice, and Microsoft Lync.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work with a global team and adapt to changing priorities and time pressures.
