Senior Manager, IT - Bill to Cash (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Amsterdam, Chicago, or Toronto. Hybrid working model.

What you will do

• Deliver the global SAP S/4HANA core solution and regional Bill to Cash rollouts.
• Design, implement, maintain, and govern the core architecture template, including financial integration.
• Lead BTC experts, regional SMEs, configurators, and external system integrators throughout implementation and hyper-care.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across ERP business process leads, regional process experts, internal controls, security, and delivery partners.
• Maintain architecture and functional documentation, approve local exceptions, and develop global and regional test scenarios.
• Build regional key-user networks and deliver training and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Several years of experience leading large-scale Bill to Cash or Order to Cash integration and transformation programs involving ERP systems.
• Experience with project scoping and management, requirements analysis, solution and process design, test planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA integration with CRM, ERP, and cloud-native SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with HighRadius and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Order to Cash best practices, process optimization, and performance metric analysis.
• Experience managing teams and willingness to travel as required for projects.
