What you will do
- Determine the purpose, standard, premise, level of value, approaches, and methods for valuation engagements.
- Prepare business valuation write-ups and apply financial analysis.
- Participate in site visits and management interviews.
- Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities in business valuations.
- Support project management, practice development, and professional networking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of related experience and previous financial statement analysis experience.
- Strong client service, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%.
Nice to have
- MBA or Master’s degree in Valuations.
- CPA, CFA, or ASA designation.
