PT/PRN LPN AM Shift Skilled Nursing (Senior Care)

Location: Lincolnwood, Illinois, USA; full-time, on-site role.

Hourly compensation: USD 36–38 per hour.

What you will do

• Administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations and company guidelines.
• Complete resident admissions, assessments, discharges, care plans, service plans, and clinical documentation.
• Track clinical matters such as wounds and infection control under director supervision.
• Provide health-related guidance and notify physicians or family members about changes in residents’ conditions.
• Respond to emergencies, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate with departments and staff.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff and support the Safety & Disaster Plan.

Requirements

• Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program with general nursing study.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior care or a related field.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• English proficiency sufficient for job duties, workplace communication, and emergency situations.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work safely under pressure as part of a team.
