Supply Chain Analyst – Logistics Spend-2 (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage global freight payment queues and audit processes, ensuring timely approvals and compliance with payment terms.
• Coordinate with global teams and third-party payment providers to investigate and resolve invoice and process issues.
• Improve freight audit and payment workflows with local operations and identify opportunities for business process automation.
• Support global freight expense allocation to general ledger codes and compliance with accounting and legal requirements.
• Develop and maintain logistics metrics, dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
• Perform spend analytics and root cause analysis to support supply chain improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, finance, or data analytics.
• Experience with root cause analysis and issue identification.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data reporting tools such as Power BI or Sigma.
• English proficiency is required for communication with the global program management team, along with effective communication with local plant personnel.
• Ability to work collaboratively and facilitate change across management levels and organizational functions.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, or VBA for workflow and business process automation.
• Familiarity with transportation and supply chain concepts and systems.
• Experience with Oracle Transportation Management.
