Fraud Product Delivery (Product Owner) MX

Location: Eagle - D.F. Del. Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico. Hybrid work with in-person attendance at an assigned hirify.global office for a minimum of two days per week.

What you will do

• Lead implementation plans for new fraud solutions and product enhancements across Latin America.
• Coordinate product planning, scheduling, scope, budgets, resources, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with Product Strategy, Technology, Operations, Sales, and client-facing teams to deliver solutions and support customer adoption.
• Define business requirements and support User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Monitor product performance and customer outcomes, identify issues, and drive corrective actions.
• Optimize operational processes, implement risk controls, and develop training and knowledge-transfer programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in banking, financial services, fraud prevention, risk management, identity solutions, or software solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing product implementations and product lifecycle activities.
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, UAT processes, agile project management, and cross-functional product delivery.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention, identity verification, authentication, risk mitigation, data-driven performance monitoring, and process control design.
