Sr. Lead, Strategy & Planning

Location: Eagle – D.F. Del. Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico; hybrid with at least two days per week in the assigned hirify.global office

What you will do

• Support the annual LATAM strategic planning process and align regional priorities with cross-functional inputs and organizational capacity.
• Drive execution tracking and governance for strategic initiatives, monitoring progress, KPIs, Run & Grow objectives, and business impact.
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies, financial models, market sizing, revenue forecasts, P&L scenarios, and investment projections.
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and macroeconomic analysis for Mexico to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic materials for leadership, quarterly CEO reviews, and Board meetings.
• Support regional M&A and investment activities through financial analysis and strategic assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment banking, or private equity environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate strategy, financial modeling, business case development, and market analysis.
• Experience with competitive intelligence, industry research, and macroeconomic analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership and influence stakeholders through clear presentations and actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with regular in-person attendance at the assigned office for a minimum of two days per week.
