TL;DR
International Consultant (Americas) (Global HR and EOR): Advising international customers on employer-of-record services, cross-border employment, terminations, benefits, and regulatory compliance across the Americas with an accent on complex jurisdictional guidance and customer risk mitigation. Focus on interpreting changing labor regulations, resolving high-liability HR scenarios, influencing international product strategy, and supporting expansion into new markets.
Location: Hybrid role based in the Mexico City office
Salary: MXN 72,833–91,083 per month

What you will do
- Serve as a subject matter expert on employer-of-record services and regulatory environments across the Americas.
- Advise customers on cross-border employment, terminations, labor standards, benefits, leave scenarios, and complex compliance matters.
- Manage strategic relationships with high-value international customers in partnership with Customer Success.
- Collaborate with Legal, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to influence product-market fit and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities while supporting customer retention and growth through education.
- Translate complex regulations into clear guidance and help scale internal knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing international HR role, ideally with deep expertise in the EOR space.
- At least 2 years managing complex customer-facing issues in EOR.
- Knowledge of international employment compliance across the Americas, including LATAM and Canada.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders and operate independently.
- Exposure to multiple countries or regions is a plus; multilingual fluency is a plus.

- Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, and Notion.
- Experience supporting customers across multiple countries or regions.
