Product Test Engineer II (RF)

What you will do

• Analyze, implement, and execute engineering test plans and procedures.
• Lead the development of test requirements with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Map requirements to reusable test architectures and procedures, including hardware and measurement abstraction layers.
• Log and present test results, provide go/no-go judgments, and communicate rationale to stakeholders.
• Manage laboratories and test equipment and guide equipment purchasing decisions.
• Evaluate non-conformances, determine root causes, and create actionable system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering and 2+ years of experience.
• Experience developing and implementing test systems and optimizing tests for manufacturing environments.
• Experience designing test architectures with scripting, test executives, hardware, and measurement abstraction layers.
• Programming or scripting experience with Python or C#.
• Experience writing test plans and procedures, making go/no-go judgments, and working in a production environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, conditional resident, asylee, refugee, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience with MATLAB or C/C++.
• Proficiency with statistics and metrology.
• Understanding of RF and mixed-signal hardware, including amplifiers, filters, ADCs/DACs, and antennas.
