IT Audit, Cybersecurity & Risk Advisory Senior (HITRUST)

Salary: $85,910–$162,890 per year

What you will do

• Work with client executives and management teams to identify and manage financial, operational, and technology risks.
• Assess and optimize cybersecurity, IT governance, compliance, business continuity, third-party risk, ITGC, application controls, and SOC reporting practices.
• Develop audit programs and execute internal audits and IT control assessments.
• Review processes and controls against industry frameworks, identify design and execution gaps, and provide recommendations.
• Prepare executive summaries, final reports, and engagement work papers, and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences.
• Build client relationships and support the development of team members through collaboration, training, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, accounting information systems, computer engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT audit or cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Experience as a client-serving professional in a consulting firm is preferred.
• CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, or CPA certification is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience performing HITRUST engagements or willingness to obtain HITRUST certification.
• Cloud audit experience and related certifications.
