Senior Art Director (Pharmaceutical Marketing)

hirify.global's US Marketing – Creative Services department develops creative work for client, in-house, and new business projects.

What you will do

• Conceptualize, develop, design, and format digital content based on strategic direction.
• Collaborate with senior art staff, copywriters, editorial, project management, account management, and external suppliers.
• Prepare detailed layouts and storyboards and execute concepts through final completion.
• Manage multiple projects, assignments, deadlines, and creative production workflows.
• Lead entry-level designers and art directors, allocate personnel, and engage freelancers when appropriate.
• Monitor creative quality and present work in client meetings as requested.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of creative or creative management experience with a digital agency.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Proficiency in Sketch.
• Digital portfolio of creative samples required.
• Self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively while working under pressure and tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical marketing samples in the portfolio.
• Pharmaceutical or medical device experience.
