Senior Asset Operation Specialist (Crypto)

What you will do

• Lead the evaluation, testing, configuration, and launch of new tokens and blockchain assets.
• Monitor asset performance, positions, liquidity, and operational stability with Wallet, Security, and Finance teams.
• Manage post-listing maintenance, including contract upgrades, token rebranding, repricing, and announcements.
• Track ecosystem developments such as mainnet upgrades and contract migrations, assessing impact and developing response strategies.
• Respond to network anomalies, price irregularities, contract issues, and position gaps while coordinating risk isolation and loss mitigation.
• Develop SOPs, operational reporting, incident reviews, and process improvements across asset operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Blockchain, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in crypto asset operations or project management.
• Strong understanding of major public chains, stablecoins, RWA, digital asset regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze and report metrics including trading volume, AUM, and yield.
• Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills across technical, security, finance, compliance, and marketing teams.
• Fluent Chinese and English, spoken and written, required for professional communication with overseas project teams.
