Senior Credit Portfolio Manager - Global Family Office (GFO)

Location: Chicago, IL; office-based and required onsite. Travel to client locations may be required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $74,200–$126,200 USD per year, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.

What you will do

• Manage credit product risk and profitability across a portfolio of credit clients.
• Monitor loan performance, credit quality, covenant compliance, documentation deficiencies, and margin reports.
• Support Relationship Managers with financial analysis, credit underwriting, pricing, and covenant structuring.
• Analyze financial statements, investment holdings, liquidity, collateral support, repayment sources, and creditworthiness.
• Prepare and present written credit memoranda for approval and coordinate legal documentation.
• Train, mentor, and guide Rotational Development Program partners and less experienced credit portfolio managers.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in financial and/or credit analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, and investments.
• Knowledge of applicable industry laws and regulations relevant to credit risk.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for assessing credit risk and preparing credit presentations.
• Personal computer skills for preparing financial spreadsheets, projections, and client financial analyses.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.
