Sr Advisor, Product Management (Fintech)

Location: Eagle - D.F. Del. Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico; hybrid with in-person work at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week

What you will do

• Execute the digital product roadmap for the Mexican market and deliver product enhancements and new capabilities with development teams.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from strategy and requirements gathering through delivery, go-to-market activities, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze customer needs, Voice of Customer insights, market intelligence, product performance, business KPIs, and financial metrics.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, product adoption, customer value, and operational efficiency across consumer-facing product lines.
• Collaborate with marketing, technology, design, sales, and international teams to align priorities and deliver products successfully.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and translate business opportunities into actionable product requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, B2B2C solutions, SaaS, direct-to-consumer products, digital financial services, or related fields.
• End-to-end digital product lifecycle experience, including strategy, development, launch, and optimization.
• Experience defining and implementing product roadmaps using Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery models.
• Strong commercial, quantitative, analytical, and business performance evaluation skills.
• Experience with product requirements, user needs, business cases, customer research, Voice of Customer, and data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience in financial services, credit, identity protection, fintech, or other regulated industries.
• MBA or advanced postgraduate education in business, strategy, or a related field.
• Experience supporting B2C and B2B2C business models and working with international teams across multiple markets.
• Advanced presentation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
