What you will do

• Design printable worksheets and educational materials for students from PreK through Grade 8.
• Translate instructional concepts into engaging visual materials with content and education teams across math, language arts, science, and social studies.
• Apply brand guidelines and visual systems consistently across designs.
• Create clear layouts using strong typography, hierarchy, spacing, alignment, and composition.
• Manage multiple requests and fast turnaround deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Review materials, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and communicate throughout the design and revision process.

Requirements

• Professional experience in graphic and print design, preferably with educational or content-heavy materials.
• High proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.
• Portfolio demonstrating a clean, polished aesthetic, strong typography, and excellent layout skills.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, alignment, spacing, composition, and brand consistency.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote consulting environment and respond effectively to creative feedback.
