Junior Production Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Refine AI-generated localized marketing assets under the guidance of a Senior Designer.
• Reconstruct images from flat assets when required.
• Apply Photoshop techniques including masks, Smart Objects, advanced selections, cut-outs, background reconstruction, Generative Fill, color matching, and retouching.
• Rebuild vector assets in Illustrator and prepare optimized exports.
• Adapt layouts, typography, spacing, grids, and multilingual text while preserving brand consistency.
• Deliver clean, accurate, production-ready assets with speed and precision.

Requirements

• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills, including layer management, Actions, workflow automation, Content-Aware Fill, and Generative Fill.
• Practical Adobe Illustrator experience with vector reconstruction, shape building, path editing, Pathfinder, typography management, and asset export.
• Strong typography skills covering font matching, kerning, tracking, leading, visual hierarchy, text fitting, and multilingual typography.
• Experience with AI-assisted image editing, object removal, background reconstruction, and retouching.
• Knowledge of DTP layout refinement, alignment, spacing, grid systems, file preparation, and export optimization.
• Attention to detail, speed, precision, and a structured working style.
