Graphic Designer (Adobe)

Location: Permanent work from home; Monday–Friday aligned with UK business hours

What you will do

• Design company stationery including letterheads, business cards, email signatures, and branded document covers.
• Create functional Word templates for reports, proposals, and memos.
• Build PowerPoint templates with master slides, layouts, chart styles, and table styles.
• Apply existing brand guidelines across colors, typography, logos, imagery, and document formats.
• Update templates and brand assets as the identity evolves while maintaining consistency.
• Organize reusable brand libraries and prepare print- and digital-ready deliverables.

Requirements

• Formal graphic design qualification, such as a degree or equivalent.
• Portfolio demonstrating range and quality of graphic design work.
• Proven experience executing designs from brand briefs or style guides.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, plus Word and PowerPoint template design.
• C1-level English required for writing and refining template copy.
• Strong typography, layout, communication, time-management, independent-working, and revision skills.

Nice to have

• Experience creating templates for print and digital use.
• Familiarity with brand guideline or style guide documentation.
• Experience with Canva or similar tools.
