Commercial Finance Manager Vehicle - Europe (Automotive)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization’s short-, medium-, and long-term financial and competitive position.
• Use historical data and collaborate across business functions to understand needs and improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop, update, and manage financial forecasting models, communicating changes, recommendations, and issues to senior management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports, and assist with reconciliations.
• Maintain detailed records of forecasting inputs, outputs, models, approvals, and governance activities.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop, and manage the finance team while supporting Board of Directors meetings and earnings release analytics.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Previous management experience and the ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Proven success supporting business unit leadership with analytical forecasting skills.
• Experience with ERP and reporting tools such as Oracle; proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, time management, collaboration, business acumen, ethics, and integrity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Power BI experience.
• B2B experience in the vehicle industry or industrial manufacturing.
