Data Management Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Dallas/Irving, Texas, United States; full-time onsite role

Banking organization providing payment and financial services through multiple legacy bank brands and a digital disbursements subsidiary.

What you will do

• Manage daily operational tasks across the lifecycle of prepaid card products and payee records for B2C payments.
• Coordinate internal and external data sources to update stored information and prepare documentation for upcoming programs.
• Validate data delivery and accuracy for prepaid card creation, cancellation, and associated records.
• Maintain reporting datasets and produce executive-level reports for settlements and distributions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of related experience.
• High school diploma required; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, industry standards, and applicable banking practices.
• Working knowledge of file types, data structures, relational databases, data entry, modeling, analysis, and reporting.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.

Nice to have

• Experience using MySQL and Salesforce to store, sort, and analyze data.
• Intermediate experience with banking applications and systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
