What you will do
- Establish and maintain physical and electronic case files and tracking systems.
- Review, enter, extract, and reconcile data from agency databases.
- Gather information from investigative agencies and databases to complete case files.
- Organize investigative packages and process petitions, claims, and other requests.
- Prepare management, program, and case-related reports and correspondence.
- Receive and distribute court documents and provide case information to law-enforcement and government stakeholders.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree.
- Ability to review and analyze information from multiple sources.
- Experience establishing and managing paper and electronic case or project files.
- Ability to enter and retrieve database information and prepare management reports.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing software, including creating and manipulating spreadsheets.
- English proficiency required.
